IBR student awarded

Dr. Natalia Martin, won the Provincial Award for Best Doctoral Dissertation, held at the IBR, in the area of ​​Biological Sciences.

The award is part of the program “Capacity Building System Research and Development in the province of Santa Fe”, 2012.

The title of his work: “Mechanisms lipoilación protein and its role in the regulation of membrane fluidity in Bacillus subtilis,” was led by Dr. Cecilia Mansilla and co directed by Dr. Diego de Mendoza.

Currently, Dr. Martin is doing postdoctoral studies in Bacteriology Research Unit of Duke University in North Carolina, USA.
