Teamwork remains key to growth.
It was first performed at the IBR a day of training and integration of all the support staff of the Institute. 24 members participated in the various areas, from cleaning materials, equipment technicians, electronics workshop, technological linkages, communication and management sector .
The initiative undertaken by the management and staff of the institute , aimed to integrate and formalize the roles of each sector through the exchange of ideas and experiences. Each reference area presented the work developed, organization, problems and proposals.
Initiatives and projects for 2014 were discussed in order to integrate more and more common each area, globalization project . For managers of the institute is essential to achieve among all the IBR is the location where the best science in Rosario and in the country in a stimulating work environment and make it enjoyable for everyone.
For next year a welcome and training entrants to the institute will be implemented, with a leading role of support staff, who will ensure smooth operation of the Institute according to established protocols .
